Cases of Love was created by two Twin Cities moms — Cristy and Jamie. Who’ve always shared a passion for giving to others, especially children. What began as a heartfelt conversation between friends has grown into a community effort to ensure every child has something of their own during life’s hardest transitions. We believe a suitcase can offer more than practicality — it can offer hope.

This holiday season, we’re inviting our community to join us in delivering Cases of Love to children in foster care. You can bring new, unused suitcases to one of our drop-off sites during designated dates, where we’ll welcome you with hot chocolate, treats, and holiday cheer. Together, we’ll fill a truck with donations that will be delivered directly to Hennepin County in time for Christmas.
We’ll also have holiday stationery available for anyone who wants to include a heartfelt note of encouragement inside their suitcase — a message a child might keep for years.
If you can’t attend in person, you can still participate through our online links. Any suitcase purchased through those links will be delivered directly to the county on your behalf.
